Lindsey served as senior economist and foreign service officer at usaid for 10 years overseeing the design and management of $160 million in programs across 34 countries with direct oversight of $35 million in funds to catalyze private capital and promote inclusive growth. She is a research fellow at united nations university and holds an msc from the london school of economics in development economics and a ba from trinity college in political science.
